Internet Explorer will not longer be supported by Microsoft

Many of you have had a problem completing your order using a purchase order number.  After many attempts to solve the problem working with my software vendor, I hope we have found the issue causing the problem.  On Friday Oct 9th the Haleyville Encore office sent an email that she could not complete her order.  She was using Internet Explorer as her web browser.  I called and ask if she had the Chrome web browser on her computer.  She did and was able to completer her order on line with no problem.

After conferring with the software vendor about the use of Chrome I received the following from them:

"Microsoft is sundowning internet explorer. They are no longer releasing updates for any version of explorer other than version 11 and it asking people to move to there new browser Microsoft edge. on their site https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/lifecycle/faq/internet-explorer-microsoft-edge They state
"Microsoft recommends using Microsoft Edge as your default browser and supports Internet Explorer 11 for backward compatibility. Go here for a list of Microsoft Edge supported operating systems."
Ask them to try switching to Edge if they want to stay with microsoft products and see if that works.

If you need to place an order, please use Chrome or the new Microsoft Edge web browser.  I think this will solve many of the problems we are having completing your order.  If you are still having a problem, email me the order and PO#.  I will complete the order.

Thank you for your patience and your business,
Butch Ivie
