Over the years of servicing may company office, I have seen the results of the purchasing agents telling me we are going "paper-less" only to see an increase in the amount of paper I was able to sale them following that announcement. Obviously there was good reason to cut printing cost, however, the plan to follow such a plan was not properly implemented.
Paper and the cost of printing represents a major expenditure for any company, large or small. As many of my current customers have discovered printing cost can be reduced by the use of compatible print cartridges. In today's market compatible toner and ink have progress to the point that print quality in no longer an issue. Saving valuable resources and money has become the primary focus of any business.
