General Return Policies and Procedures
Ordered the Wrong Products
We will accept any unused and resalable items for return within 30 days of original purchase. These products must be in their original and unopened packaging and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping cost is not refundable.
Prior to returning any merchandise (defective or otherwise), customers must contact Deals4toner Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization(RA) number and shipping instructions. All non-defective returns must be in resalable condition and in the original packaging. Please do not mark, or write address or Return Authorization Number on the outside of the original packaging. Return Authorization(RA) numbers are valid for 15 days from date of issue. All returns are subject to inspection by Deals4toner on the resell condition, and credit will be issued after the product has been received and inspected. All return freight shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the error was due to our mistake. All sales made on special order, non-stock items, closeout or discontinued items are final and are not returnable.
Shortages and Damaged Shipments
All shortages and damages from UPS, FedEx or other freight carriers must be reported to Deals4toner within 48 hours of delivery. All trucking company freight shortages or damages must be filed at the receiving site with the trucking carrier. If you receive product that has been obviously damaged in transit, please refuse the delivery. If you notice a shortage or damage after the carrier has left your premise, you must file a claim with the carrier according to their policies.
Defective Merchandise
All defective returns must be pre-authorized by Deals4toner and have a Return Authorization(RA) number. All returns without an RA number will be refused. Deals4toner will credit or exchange the defective product after receipt and inspection of the merchandise. Once the RA form has been submitted, deals4toner will email you a link to print out the return shipping label. Attach the shipping label to your package and call UPS for pickup or drop it off at any UPS location.
Shipping Errors
If we inadvertently shipped you the wrong item (Items different from what you ordered), we will immediately replace the product, then once we receive the incorrect products back from you we will credit you for the return plus your shipping charges to return the products back to us. You must notify us within 10 days of receiving the incorrect products.
Please allow up to 10 business days to process your return from the time it reaches our warehouse. Please note that if you are choosing to receive a refund, it may take your credit card company some time to credit the refund to your account once we submit the data to them, but we do all we can to expedite the process on our end.
Adjustment to money due to customer or to deals4toner.com will be made accordingly when processing exchanges.
Deals4toner will issue exchanges or refunds only when conditions outlined above are met and is not responsible for merchandise lost or un-received products.
